There is a new coaching service on the horizon… Lee & Brenda Simril, former members of Team Litespeed (now Team Black Dome) has moved to Two Rivers Wisconsin and developed his training regime into a personal coaching service for all levels…
The Asheville Citizen-Times has reported unfortunate news about the kayaker who spent 15 minutes underwater on New Year’s Day. Paul McKinney, 33, of Mars Hill was moved to CarePartners Hospice and Palliative Care from Mission Hospital. His family does not expect him to live long, according to the article.
